How do I find a product I want?
The best way to find a product is through the website search engine. Enter the product keywords in the search field provided at the left panel, and click "go", you will then get a list of products matching your search criteria.


How does the Trade In function work?

We are trading in Magic, Yugioh, and Pokemon singles.
we trade in most Magic the Gathering rare, mythic rare singles;
Yugioh ultra rare, secret rare singles;
Pokemon ultra rare, full art, and secret rare singles;

To trade in your cards, you need:
1) To trade in a single card, you can search and display the card and click the button "Trade In". If Baydragon does not need it, there will not be a "Trade In" button, instead, display the message "Trade in: It is not required."; To trade in multiple cards from a set - search the set, click to display the set, and click the tab "sell to baydragon" to list the singles Baydragon wants to buy from you. Enter the trade-in quantity, and click "Trade In". It is possible we do not require any cards from a set though.

2)After you have clicked "Trade In", those singles shall be in the shopping cart, you need to go through the check-out steps to place an order to finish the trade-in process.

3) An order confirmation email will be sent to you after placing the order. You are required to send / bring in the trade-in singles asap.

You can "trade in" your singles, or trade in singles and purchase items in an order.


Orders are being shipped asap.

Available orders - if the purchased items are in stock, they will be shipped asap.
Pre-orders - if there are pre-order items or a mixture of in-stock and preorder items, they will not be shipped until they are released.
Backorders - if there are backorder items, We will try to restock and ship them when restock is received.


Customers can choose Aramex or Courierpost to ship their order. Baydragon uses courier companies' web services to get real-time shipping price, rural charges, Saturday delivery, require a signature, etc., with no added fees. Baydragon will further deduct a $2.50 shipping fee when the order total excludes heavily discounted, special items and pre-orders, is $100+; $7.50 when it is $200+, and $12.50 when it is $400+, leading to half / free shipping for most orders.

Auckland is around $5;
Nationwide, the satchel is between $4 - $10;
Northland parcel is >=$6
Southland parcel is >=$20
A small order, e.g. single cards order, can be delivered through New Zealand Post. That will be just $1.80, but no tracking, no claim.


You can place an order and choose "Pickup From Botany Store" during the check-out steps. You shall be able to pick up your order as soon as you have finalized your order.

You will receive your shipping email from us when your order is shipped from our system. However, you won't be able to track it until the parcel is picked up by couriers. NZPost and Aramex have advised us to contact them if the parcel is not delivered over 7 days.


You may place numerous orders at any time. This will require you to pay full freight when you place each order. You need either email us or leave instructions on an order to request your orders to be combined. We will try to send orders as soon as we receive them. If they miss the cut-off, you will not be eligible for combined shipping. We will refund/credit you if your orders are combined and shipped.

What are bonus points?
Bonus points are put into place to reward customers who regularly shop on Every time you place an order, the bonus points based on the item will be calculated and added to your account. You will then be able to redeem the bonus points for shop credit later.

What do I do to start accumulating bonus points?
You need to do nothing. Everyone registered on is automatically included in this program.

How do I check bonus points?
You will be able see the bonus points after adding items to your shopping cart, the shopping cart page and the final step before submitting your order.
To view bonus points for previous orders, go to "Account", then click "Bonus Points".

How do I redeem my bonus points for Shop Credit?
Go to "Account", then click "Bonus Points" to show list of your bonus points. Click the button "Redeem" on top of that list.

How do I use my Shop Credit?
you are able to enter the amount of shop credit for a order during checkout process, step 3 of 5.

Does shop credit expire?
No, it does not.

A deposit is required for pre-orders. If you cancel a pre-order, the deposit will be credited to your Baydragon account instead of being refunded.

Sealed products
  • Change of mind: If you change your mind about a sealed product, you must return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 2 days of receiving it. Upon receiving the product, we will issue a full refund.
  • Damaged products: If a sealed product arrives damaged, do not open it and contact us immediately.
  • Faulty products: If a sealed product is faulty after being opened, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if necessary.

Single cards and card products
We take great care in packaging single cards and card products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you are not satisfied with the condition of a card or a product or if it is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if necessary.
