How do I find a product I want?
The best way to find a product is through the baydragon search engine. Enter some keywords of the product your are looking for in the search field provided at top-left corner, and click go, you will then get a list of product matching your search criteria.

What if I want a product that is sold out?
If a product is sold out, the quantity field is disabled to avoid accepting any more orders. But you can click the product description link to go into the details page, and click the "request stock" button to ask us to get more for you!


How does the Trade In function work?

Single cards that able to be traded in are listed under the "Sell to Baydragon" tab. If you go to a Magic / YuGiOh! set detail page, there is a tab "Sell to Baydragon" next to it if is trading in singles from this Magic / YuGiOh! set. Any singles from the listed set are able to be traded in.

Trading in singles is simple. After you click on a Magic / YuGiOh! set, go to the "Sell to Baydragon" tab, enter the quantity of each card and click the "Trade In" button at the bottom of the page. Each individual card will also have a quantity field and a "Trade In" button if it is able to be traded in. You can input the quantity and click the "Trade In" button to trade it in.

After you have clicked "Trade In", will figure out the total trade in amount, and will deduct this from what you have spent on other items. You only pay the difference when you check out. If your trade in amount is greater than your order total, you will be required to pay nothing and the excess amount will be saved for you to use next time.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you after completing the checkout process. You are required to send the trade in singles within 3 working days.


Orders will be monitored at all times during the day.

Available orders - For orders with items available, they will be packed and placed in a pile for Couriers on the same day. Most orders are packed within 4 hours of their placement.

Pre-orders - For orders with items that will be released in the future, it will be shipped when all items are available. unless the customer has chosen "separate shipping" during check out.

Back orders - For orders with items that are not in stock, we will conduct restock of them and ship it when all items are available. usually take 2-3 weeks.


How is the order delivered? How much does it cost?
The order can be picked up by your from our store or delivered by New Zealand Post, Courier Post Courier or Fastway Courier. If it is delivered by couriers, the cost is from $3.00 and up to $25 New Zealand wide, depending on how heavy it is. The actual freight will be listed on the check out page (2 of 3 steps check out).

A small order, e.g. single cards, can be delivered through New Zealand Post. That will be just $1.80.


If you have placed a pickup order before 6pm, your order will be available for pickup the next day. If you place an order after 6pm, your order will be available the day after the next full working day.

We are trying hard to give our customer the best prices possible, plus we offer customers free Bonus Points that will save them that up to 8 percent!

What are bonus points?
Bonus points are put into place to reward customers who regularly shop on Every time you place an order, the bonus points based on the item will be calculated and added to your account. You will then be able to redeem the bonus points for shop credit later.

What do I do to start accumulating bonus points?
You need to do nothing. Everyone registered on is automatically included in this program.

How do I check bonus points?
You will be able see the bonus points after adding items to your shopping cart, the shopping cart page and the final step before submitting your order.
To view bonus points for previous orders, go to "Account", then click "Bonus Points".

How do I redeem my bonus points for Shop Credit?
Go to "Account", then click "Bonus Points" to show list of your bonus points. Click the button "Redeem" on top of that list.

How do I use my Shop Credit?
you are able to enter the amount of shop credit for a order during checkout process, step 3 of 5.

Does shop credit expire?
No, it does not.

For sealed products - if it is damaged, you need to leave it unopened and contact us within 48 hours; If it is faulty after being opened, e.g. missing some parts or cards, please also contact us within 48 hours; in both cases, we will look into the matter and conduct refund if necessary.

For single cards - we will do our best to make sure they are packed in a way that they are safe during transportation. However, if the condition of the cards does not meet your expectation or they are damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours and we will look into the matter and conduct refund if necessary.

We do not refund you if you simply change your mind about a purchase.
