The next major ONE PIECE Card Game booster pack release is on its way. OP-09, a set focused on the Four Emperors: Monkey D. Luffy, Shanks, Buggy, and Marshall D. Teach?supposedly the four most powerful pirates in the One Piece canon, will be released on 31 August 2024. As such, cards depicting these characters will almost certainly be among the set?s featured cards.

OP-09 will contain 129 cards with a rarity breakdown as follows:
